Bob Boyle is a seasoned business leader with 35+ years of experience driving growth, innovation, and transformation across global corporations, entrepreneurial ventures, and consulting roles. Known for a data-driven, hands-on leadership style, he is a strong communicator and strategic thinker who aligns teams to execute complex initiatives. Bob served as Vice President of the Global Parts Business at Emerson Automation Solutions, where he led a $400+ million portfolio and accelerated growth through pricing strategy, analytics, and operational improvements.

More recently, Bob has continued applying his expertise through consulting and community-focused roles, including serving with Positive Management Leadership and A.T. Kearney’s Agricultural practice, while also working part-time as a patrol deputy and martial arts instructor. Earlier in his career, he held leadership and strategy roles at Deere & Company and consulting positions with CarrierPoint, Deloitte, and Diamond Management & Technology Consultants, building deep expertise in operations, technology integration, and large-scale program management.

Bob will be the featured speaker at the May 20 ASCM meeting, presenting “Reflections on Corporate and Volunteer Leadership,” sharing lessons learned from both professional and community service experiences.
